Hearing them once just made you want to hear them again – and you always wanted to keep something sharp close by, just in case. Our favorites? The elusive creature, Normie, of Lake Norman; The Maco Lights; The Brown Mountain Lights; The Devil’s Tramping Ground and The Beast of Bladenboro. Deliciously scary!

Our charcuterie knife and fork sets begin spinning their own tales as soon as they are placed on the lathe and the crafting begins. Depending on the wood, the size and the designs within the grain, Ricardo listens closely as he forms them into exactly what they are destined to become and that means that no two are exactly alike - just like all good legends should be. Each set is then finished with rugged, high-polished stainless steel and ready for your finest meats and cheeses.
